We always clean carpets in such a way as to achieve maximum efficiency of our work and customer satisfaction. We approach each carpet individually, depending on the material from which the carpet is made, the length of the pile and the degree of soiling, we select a suitable means for pre-cleaning, stain removal, extraction.

We measure carpets with a laser meter so that we always charge only the area that we really clean.

The cleaning itself is divided into the following steps:

• We carefully vacuum the carpet to remove dust and solid dirt.
• We treat the stains on the carpet with a cleaner intended for the given type of stain.
• After treating the stains, we apply a pre-spray which, thanks to its special composition, immediately decomposes the dirt.
• Wet extraction cleaning, which we use to clean and vacuum all dirt from the carpet.
• Neutralizing rinse - prevents browning and fading of colors, neutralizes and removes residues of cleaning agents and dirt and improves the tactile sensation of most carpets.
• Impregnation (optional item) - protects the fibers of the carpet from dirt, the treated areas are better resistant to stains.
• Scented fragrance.

After cleaning, impregnation and perfuming, it is important to ventilate, depending on the season, heat. The cleaned material will dry better and faster in a ventilated and warm environment.
